This March 4-5, DMi Partners hauled booth westward and exhibited at the LeadsCon show in Las Vegas, NV. Although LeadsCon is almost brand new to the scene, in its second year the show is on it’s way to becoming a must-attend for those Digital Marketers involved in Lead Generation. Among the industries covered this show were Health, Debt, Auto, Life Insurance, and Education, just to name a major few.
Though in it’s sophomore year, LeadsCon is already making a play for a share of the e-marketer audience once monopolized by Affiliate Summit. Both this summer’s Affiliate Summit and LeadsCon shows are in New York this August, interestingly only a week or so apart.
Coincidence? We think not.
How will these two shows divide or unite the attendee pool? Time will tell. DMi Partners will be attending both, but realizes that not everyone is only a train ride away and may need to choose one or the other.
Which is for you?
If you are only interested in Lead Generation then go to LeadsCon. If your interests are broader, go to Affiliate Summit. Perhaps too simple an assessment for now, but later as LeadsCon grows, the lines dividing the two will surely blur.
